The closing concert of the 2026 Music for a Sunday Afternoon Concert Series on August 2 will be a performance by the McCarron Bros. (& Sister) - Saxophonist Paul Carlon, guitarist Mark McCarron, bassist Trifon Dimitrov, guest drummer Willie Martinez, and cellist Suzanne Mueller. The quintet is known for its original music and unique arrangements in an atmospheric blend of Jazz styles, and their concerts often feature their takes music by artists such as Nick Drake, George Harrison, Joni Mitchell, Billy Strayhorn, and others.
The concert is free with museum admission: Adults $15 Seniors (62 and older), children 6 - 17 and college students with ID: $10; Person with disability (personal care assistants admitted free) $5; Children under 6, active and retired military, and LIM members: Free
Admission tickets can be purchased at the LIM Visitors Center located on the west side of Route 25A (across the street from the Carriage Museum).
You should leave extra time before or after the concert. The Carriage Museum alone is well worth the price of admission, the grounds are lovely, and the line-up of exhibitions is always fascinating,
