On Sunday, March 24 at 1:00 pm, CROSS ISLAND - my duo with pianist Elinor Abrams Zayas - makes its Port Washington Public Library debut with an eclectic program of duets and solos spanning centuries and styles. In honor of Women's History month, the concert will include music by Mel(anie) Bonis, Missy Mazzoli, Florence Price, Clara Schumann, and Meira Warshauer, along with Isaac Albeniiz, Eugene Friesen, Felix Mendelssohn, Astor Piazzolla,Robert Schumann, and others.
